Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination. Customs, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, pack the item securely and include the original order details.
  3. Ship the return to the provided address at your own expense.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
